Our Story
The beautiful journey of Food Fiesta traces its beginning to the year 1983, when the company was founded by Mr. Jagdish Lal Thukral.
Mr. Jagdish Lal Thukral:
Food Fiesta has been a brainchild of Mr. Jagdish Lal Thukral, son of Pyare Lal Ji. He did his schooling from Ramjas School Delhi. He was a simple man who was guided by his principles, ethics and commitment. His values of dedication and determination have been deep-rooted within us and guide us in every sphere. It was he, who nurtured this business with utmost love and care. With his hard work, this business was able to establish success in hospitality industry. His goal was always to keep his clients happy and offer value for money. He strongly believed that there is no short cut to success.
As result of which, the clients have always appreciated his commitments. He always considered his employees as his family as a result of which a dedicated team was build up. His presence is always missed, but his blessings are always felt amongst the team. He was a happy man with a smile on his face, a true gentleman who always felt that empowering the team would eventually empower the business. He was a social worker who always believed in giving back to the society.
Mr. Lokesh Thukral
It was Mr. Jagdish Lal Thukral’s dream to train the new generation in the art of Indian hospitality. He handed over his legacy to his son, Mr. Lokesh Thukral, who did his Hotel Management from Ceasar Ritz College, Switzerland. There, he worked for more than a year to grab experience in the industry internationally. Later, he completed his degree from Oxford Brooks University, London. After completing his education and gaining some international experience, he started working under his mentor, his dad. He tried to follow his father’s footsteps and always considered his clients with utmost respect. It was his decision to join the family business that has proven to be a reason for growth and expansion of our business.
Continuing his father’s heritage, Mr. Lokesh Thukral has maintained a perfect balance of tradition and innovation in his work. With his vision and virtue of adaptability, he has brought forward different techniques, styles and methods of preparation of food as well as unique and client-driven services. He has always believed in delivering the best as far as market standards are concerned, and continue to work hard, while being dedicated to the clients’ needs.
